Hello, I am new to the site but have come across information that was very useful several times on this site when using Google to look up something. So I figured I might as well join the party.

I really hope someone can help me out. I don't know if I posted this in the correct place but I'm thinking my problem has to be a setting on my Nvidia 9800M GT or with my TV and I can't figure it out.

I currently have an Asus G50Vt brand new and I am using the HDMI out on it to connect to my Samsung HDTV which is a 2005 model and supports up to 1080i.

My issue is when I connect the laptop to the tv the color on the screen has this pink tinge. The image is very clear but just the color is funky. I have been searching for answer for day now and can't figure this one out. I have tried multiple cables messed with settings in the Nvidia control panel, but maybe missing something. My Playstation 3 is hooked up to the tv via HDMI and it's fine, no problems at all. I switched the cables still same thing. If anyone has any info or could help me out I would really appreciate it.

Have you tried going to nvidia control panel and under "video and television" adjusting the color and other settings?
