    I just bought my laptop,
    HP Compaq Presario V3630
    Intel Core 2 Duo T5550 @ 1.83Ghz
    Windows Vista Home Premium (32bit)
    3GB DDR2 RAM
    Intel GMA X3100

and I tried to play Armies of Exigo, but an error pops out and says that my graphic card is not supported. Is there any way to fix it???

There might be a hack to fix that, but you'll have to look it up.

Some games just flat out say, "This card isn't supported, you can't play" NWN2 did that to me. But a driver update may help

I don't know how to check the game version since I never played the game. BUT
there is a link on the official site for the latest patch, just run it and it should update or not depending on the version it detects. If it doesn't perform an update then you have the latest version of the game.

I already updated my game to the latest version, that is 1.4. But the error is still there. Is there any more solution?

Uhh...can you run the game in a safe mode? Some games have a video safe mode.

If it isn't in the start menu area, see if there is a command listed on their support site you can add to the shortcut file such as -safemode.

It might allow the game to start.
