    First: did you download the mobile catalyst?
    Second: if that doesnt work try Sony's site... if they have not updated their drivers then go to www.omegadrivers.net and download that driver.

    i will second the omega drivers...i think a clean format of my z70va, and tray tools doesnt lock my computer anymore....hooray!
