I just installed Windows 7 and Win Vista with dual booting. I installed Nvidia whql 185 forceware in both of the system. Now whenever I right click on my desktop, it takes like 5-6 seconds to show the menus. I dont know if its because of drivers or what? Same thing happens in both of the OS. 5-6 to show right click menu.

    Any help!!

Defragment your system and see if it helps. Otherwise your driver install may not have been done properly and you might need a reinstall.

There's a forum rule listing a minimum period between bumped threads (12-24 hours minimum, can't remember exactly), do remember that despite your need to get answers.

I suggest you uninstall the Nvidia driver and try a different one. Perhaps use the one provided by your OEM?

And please wait at least 24 hours before bumping your thread.
