I bought new Asus (ATI) Radeon HD 3650 AGP to my old desktop and I installed it. Everything seem to work pretty well, but Oblivion just shuts down the whole computer and reboots it. The game works fine now, but when I change settings or sleep/rest, fast travel etc. the whole computer reboots. It was even badder before I installed new drivers to HD 3650, I wasn't even able to play for 5 seconds. But yeah, I have updated my BIOS and graphics card drives. It is not cooling problem, I am sure of that. I have tested Oblivion many times with patch and with Shivering Isles and without 'em. Last time I tried to play Obli I did get BSOD and this message in it:

    ***STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC000001D, E5E17F97, 0xAA6D78A4, 0x00000000)

I can run almost any other game like this card should with no that kind of problems. Rainbow Six: Lockdown works very well, everything maxed except AA, that is still x2.

Battlefield 2 demo used to reboot (just like Oblivion) whole computer when I quit (I was still able to play with max v. settings), now it doesn't work at all.

I scanned my computer with ad-aware and didn't find anything. Here is my system:

    RAM: 1gb ddr2
Processor: AMD Athlon XP 2600+ (1,92Ghz)
Graphics Card: Ati Radeon HD 3650 (Newst drivers installed)
    OS: Windows XP Home SP3

Also, ATI CCC seems to not work....

Please, I need help really mutch, I have wasted many days trying to solve this problem(the Oblivion problem).

copy and paste the minidump (open it with microsoft debugging tools)

1.) Download the debugging tools from microsoft
2.) Open WinDbg, and click on File, then, on symbol file path, paste this:

    SRV*c:\symbols*http: //msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols

3.) Drag and drop the file on the WinDbg mainscreen (file might be found @ c:\Windows\Minidump)

4.) Let the debugging tools read the dump, and then copy and paste it here.

What do you mean by CCC not working? Have you installed the .NET framework?

Well, maybe I'll go to post there, but if someone knows what to do and what is wrong, please, answer.

Yeah, I got all frameworks installed from 1.0 to 3.5

    I haven't never tested, and i haven't downloaded 3dmark, maybe later....
