I have followed through so many tutorials. I could not overclock my GPU using Msi Afterburner, EVGA Precision & NVIDIA Control Panel.

Everytime I drag it to 700/1400/100 and then click on APPLY, it goes back to:
    Core clock: 590 MHz
    Shader clock: 1180 MHz
    Memory clock: 900 MHz

You have to move the slider to the frequencies you want, hit apply and then save it to a profile.

Check the video I posted. After clicking apply, it goes back to default settings. :(

I tried that, didn't work. Went back to default settings.

Do you mind giving me step by step direction?

You didn't click apply first, you tried to save the profile before clicking apply. That's why it doesn't work.

Is your computer plugged in when you try to do this? If it isn't then it's resetting because the battery can't supply the wattage to overclock the gpu.
