I've only came across Once Upon a Time in the West a few months ago, but I loved it. It's a really amazing movie, it has a very distinct style with it's slow pace and long pauses in conversations. Definitely recommend it :p .

You may like Upside Down then. I think it's a far more interesting, far better filmed and romantic film than either of those. A Walk To Remember though, is awful, Sweet November is decent.

If you want a great film not as well known, Martyrs (2008) - IMDb. Martyrs.

This film suprised me and is one of those few stand out horror films.

Forrest Gump was a fantastic movie, not my favorite, but I could understand why someone would pick it. This is pure opinion. Trying to argue about this is pointless as the reason behind someone's favorite movie has no measurable rationality. I'm sure someone would look at my 2 picks (Conan and Blade Runner) and be all fail. The reason behind it goes beyond the movie itself but my experience watching them and how they impacted me. Conan for instance, aside from being a great movie and IMO having the best soundtrack score of any movie (Basil Poledouris is a genius) but it was also the first R rated movie I saw in theaters. My dad and a good friend took my friend and I When we were 12, he regretted that due my artistic recreations of the movie afterward but I loved it. I still read the comics to this day and i can trace it back to that moment.

I know, I wasn't saying you can't consider Forrest Gump your favorite movie, and I only picked on Forrest Gump specifically in order to have an example. Perhaps many people here really do have a favorite movie, so the titles named here are aptly mentioned. I personally have a stable of about ten movies that could all lay claim to that title, so I named one (and honorably mentioned a couple) that many people probably haven't seen. My (only marginally legitimate) gripe is that many people who have posted here have named predictable movies rather than expanding anybody's experience.

I actually liked your answer, by the way. I haven't seen either of those films, but while Blade Runner comes up on lists like this sometimes, it's less predictable than many answers here, and Conan the Barbarian is a nice touch.

    Orcs Must Die 2

Fav movie of all time Predator.

Great filmography for the budget and time of its creation, some awesome Arnold quotes and a great soundtrack to match.

Hard question. There are so many good movies out there!

But if I were to chose one, I would pick "Forrest Gump", - amazing performance by Tom Hanks, and the story is great. It is a funny and very deep movie. I especially like the message: If you have your heart at the right place then you can achieve a lot in your life and become happy :).

By the way, what a nice initiative ;-). Why do you want to give those great (and new) games away :O? But I do not complain, - haha ;-).

If I'm one of the lucky ones, I don't care which game I get. However, I already own Orc Must Die 2, and if I had to choose between the games, I would pick Borderlands 2 since my friends got it for Christmas :).

    Happy New Year guys.

lol. congrats and happy new years, guys.

i kind of picked Forest Gump because, like some others said, i have never gotten tired of that movie. i don't think there's another movie that i can think of that i have enjoyed every single time like it's my first time. even after knowing most of the lines by heart. Tom Hanks is also one of my favorite actors of all time.
