Well... I have a Dell i15-5558-B40 and every i play, the ping (latency) loops to 300ms, 500ms and after normalize again... After a few minutes loops again to 300ms or more... Its impossible to play any game... League of Legends, CS:GO... Is someone having this problem too? I have already monitored temperature, CPU, GPU, RAM, router, and even with the internet provider... What is strange, is that when the coolers increase the speed, stabilizes a little more the latency.
Maybe some software to manage the coolers is not bad at all ... But I tried some and none worked.

Sorry for my English, i dont speak so much, i know the basic.
