tried playing around with some video settings?

I don't know what settings there are exactly, but try changing to a different render if you can, or turn off shading, just play around with it and see what will work and go from there.

Maybe someone else knows some more?

I think eventhough the game loaded and you could "play" but with your GPU, you wouldn't be able to get anything better than that.

I'm surprised it worked at all on the GMA.

But is there any settings to change renderer from openGL to Direct3D, or even software? Try fiddling around, if you are getting distortion try disabling all effects like lighting, shadows etc, its possible the GMA will run it if all those efects are turned off, but I'd say no matter what you try, it won't run acceptably.

Let this be a warning to you: Do NOT expect your card to play any new (or even newish) games, it's strictly only suitable for older titles.

yhea i tried fiddling arround with it,but nothing worked

is thier a way for me to remove all the texture so i can see only the base colours that way i can atleast see that there is a wall there instead of bumping into it

what i am asking is something similar to the oblivion patches they made so lower grade computers play the game

so anyone with a suggestion please submit

In the integrated control center, there are options for turning on the special effects like bomp mapping, redering etc. Have you tried enabling all of those options. Also, update your latest Intel drivers. Final, turn all your game effects off or turn them to low and turn your resolution to your lowest. Finally, visit the link below:

    Hope I helped, Daniel

and if you can raise the amount of shared memory of the graphic card with the ram it probably help a little.

Yes that has reminded me of something, IBMPS3CELL, During your BIOS startup or when you firstboot up your system (Before the WIN XP loading bars appear) quickly type F1 or F10 whichever it is on your system (It's different on every computer) and now you should be on your system info page. Now look around and navigate for your video options. You should be able to find a option to increase or decrease the amount of shared RAM. Make sure that you increase it to 128MB shared on the GMA900 system. Now more ways to help you with your wierd computer:

    1. Press Ctl+Alt+Del at the same time and click on the processes tab. Now, end every process with your user name to it except for taskmgr and explorer.exe and do not end process under the name of Local service and system.

    2. Stop all anti-virus and firewall protections including your windows one as well.

Hope you can play Hitman now, Daniel

I wouldn't end security software unless you are no longer connected to the internet. If you aren't connected, kill away.

I can play HMBM just fine on my 6200go. I have to turn the settings down, but I don't mind.

You might be able to use an emulator like 3D Analyze to get it to run.
