I am using a 144hz GSYNC monitor (AG241QG) with my MSI GT72s Notebook.
Whenever I play with GSYNC I get horrible stutter/freezes (1-3sec), its really annoying.

When I disable GSYNC everything works fine.
When I play with GSYNC on my Notebook-display its fine too.

Only GSYNC+external = freezes like hell
I tried various drivers (alsways iuninstalled with DDU in safe mode), pls help I am going crazy...
    :-(

As written above by DaReference. Revert you Nvidia display driver to 378.91 (Notebook edition). This solves the G-sync stutter problem. Make sure you use DDU (In safe-mode) to remove your old Nvidia drivers first and make sure you check "perform a clean installation" when installing the new 378.91 driver. I hope this helps.
