Thanks!

So it won't, say, burn me?

Mobile Core 2 Duos are rated for up to 100C, up to 120C or something before they start taking catastrophic measures to protect themselves. So you don't need to worry about the CPU. Whether it will burn up depends on your cooling system, how well it's blowing out the heat, where the heat is travelling too. It is kind of inverse though, a good cooling system would expel the heat very well meaning that you will feel it rather than the CPU. At 60C, my MBP is definitely uncomfortable on my lap, and that's a consequence of the thin case and it's aluminum design where the entire case acts as a heatsink.

something that is 60 degrees will definitely burn you.
but in notebook computer terms, thats a pretty standard heat to expect. my cpu is 46 degrees under no load right now- i would expect it to hit 60 when gaming no problem.
but just because it is 60 degrees doesnt mean you have to touch the cpu- you have the whole chassis between it and you.
if you were thinking about taking it apart and touching it while it was on- then dont do that. bad. not only the heat problem, but there is a pretty solid voltage going across those components. you could shock yourself / fry components. -
Well I am looking at the Sony SZ which is a 13.3 ultraportable... I am concerned of its useablity due to heat.

It really depends on when it reaches 60 degrees. If it reaches 60 degrees after an hour of gaming, you are totally safe. But if it runs at 60 degrees when idling, you should be worried.
How Hot is 60C on the CPU?
