I have a Dell Vostro 1500 and show my CPU temps in the tray through the I8kfan. how can I show the GPU temps?

you can alway download/install Everest Ultimate
it will show cpu's, gpu, cpu voltage, hd temp, cpu clock, etc.. -
I8kfangui reads the GPU temps wrong on my Vostro 1500 by 7 C. So if it shows you at 39 C, you're really at 46 C, if it says you're 60 C, you're really 67 C, etc. I don't know if that's on all Vostro 1500's or just mine. Double check your temps in RivaTuner and HWMonitor and if I8kfangui is wrong, go to the advanced options page and set the temperature offset.
But for display, go to the main window, then options, then the icon settings tab and you can configure it from there. -
