I have a laptop with intel hd 3000 and nvidia gt 525m. How can I monitor which graphics card is currently running? Everytime i open gpu-z it shows me that nvidia gpu is currently switched on:

Use HWMonitor. If it shows no GPU, then it's the Intel. Otherwise, it will show nVidia.

Use Nvidia Control Panel -> View -> Display GPU Activity in notification.

Run your application. Open up the GPU tray in notification. The name of your application is on that box, then it using Nvidia. Otherwise, it is running Intel.
