The only thing I can change is Core Clock and Memory Clock with MSI afterburner!

If your BIOS does not allow voltage control, then that is probably the reason why you can only tune clockspeed.

Are you talking about a mobile GPU? I can't use MSI Afterburner for voltage control on my prema mod 980M. Need nvidia inscpector to do that.

Thanks. Now what are safe values to overclock my 860m just a little?

Every individual GPU is going to be different. Up the core and RAM clocks by 5 MHz increments and test. If your machine locks up, the core is too high; if you get graphical artifacts, back off of the RAM. It's time consuming, but unfortunately, the only way to know how your specific system is going to do.

When I raise the memory and core clock, should I also raise the voltage as well?

With NVIDIA inspector 1.9.7.8 I raises my base clock by 135mhz and memory 300mhz. And got only a lousy 3fps extra!

Should I raise the voltage from 6.3 to anything higher?

Also I noticed on the inspector, that my Gpu default clock is still the same, witch would mean I am unable to increase it, only the memory clock. Is this normal?

i don't know exaclty but i think you need a custom bios like premas to unlock some of your 860m's potential. Link
I think memory and core clocks are unlocked (?) there

and about voltage, 6.3v would be pretty devastation for a gpu :D i think you have 1.063v, and sometimes after you start nV Inspector, just let it sit for about 20-30 sec's then OC should work.
