I hadn't played the game in almost a year and I decided to pick up where I left off. When I started the game up, it auto-set the graphics options, even though I had already set them to my own preferences back when I used to play regularly. Now when I stand atop a high mountain and look down on the imperial city, all i see is haze, where before I could see the whole city and beyond. I am playing on the system in my sig.

In the video options. Distant land and/or distant trees.

I didn't have the option to choose those, they were greyed out. I figured out that it was becuase I didn't have the view distance slider pushed all the way to the right. duh
