This what I've tried so far:
I deactivated ATI Powerplay to make the new clocks stick. I have tried ATI Tray Tools and ATI Tool to over clock to 450/500 (core/mem) but when I try 3dMArk06 I notice that performance is degraded! I get around 4 fps less consistently. Does anyone have a foolproof way of over clocking? And as far as cooling goes is a notebook cooling pad enough?
