    How does an nvidia 8200M compare to an ATI x1250 .. couldn't find anything on 8200m

    Sup guys well actually that's it .. how does an nvidia 8200M compare to an ati x1250.. is it way better.. couldn't find anything even on notebookcheck... to see scores how many vertex and shader units it's got. I'm about to buy a cheap notebook, should I Go with an 8200M, ati x1250 or nvidia 7150M. :confused: Any suggestions help apreciatted

    I dont know of a 8200M but i know of a 9200M, and all those graphics solutions suck if you wanna game, but being that the x1250 is an IGP, and the 7150M is a 7-series, i would think that the 9200M is better though you should try to find some benchmarks to know for sure. The HD3200 apparently is a monster of an IGP so that you should also look into.

    can the ati x1250 play counterstrike: source/tf2 at medium-ish settings at 1280x800 res... what about 1024 res? I'm curious because these are the only games i intend to play and an LG laptop im looking at uses this card

    my 8400gs struggles at 1280x800 with TF2 so I'd say that's a no. Maybe at 1024 on low it'd be playable. I doubt medium though.
