    How does the ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 compare to the NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M ? I currently have the ATI and the new machine I`m looking at has the NVIDIA.

    Well, the NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M is based on the 8400GS so I would think its more powerful. But in order to get that performance you might have to install Geforce drivers/mod?/flash v-bios?

    Probably depends on how it is configured in the notebook.

    Yes it should be enough but RAM and CPU speed are more important.
