256MB NVIDIA Quadro NVS 110M TurboCache
is it about the same as: 256MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400 TurboCache

I think it's the equivalent to the go7200/7300.

It's designed to accelerate CAD work and is intended for use in workstations. So even though it is not a bad card, it is not a good gaming card.

i have a quadro t2500 which was designed for cad, but it plays games every bit as well as the 7900gtx, it even has the same core. as long as its based on the geforce 7 series then it should have the same core as the 7200/7300. (if it came out during geforce 6 series then i wouldn't get it for gaming, as they had significant core revisions designed to accelerate CAD work and preformed oddly in games. they would get competative results with high ammounts of AA and AF, but at low settings the geforce would own. but they did much better in CAD things)

The Quadro NVS 110M is based on the Go 7300, so it's relatively weak card and it's not designed for CAD but for business applications...

Quaddro cards generally have drivers that perform badly in games (ranging from "just a bit under a "regular" card with the same specs", and down to "completely useless". -
Otherwise, the Qaudro NVS' gaming performance is slightly worse compared to the performance of the regular cards they are based on. The NVS cards have slightly lower results in synthetic benchmarks.
However, the Qaudro FX cards do have very good gaming performance and even outperform the regular cards in synthetic benchmarks. -
How good is this Graphics Card?
