    I got pretty good lappy
    -2 GB RAM
    -duo 2 core 2.0 GHz
    -ATI mobility radeon x 1600 HM (512 mb)

    So how i can tune my video card so that games will run faster and my lappy will not get damage

    what program i can use and how ...

    ATI Tool is a good program to overlclock with. However, bear in mind that overclocking will produce more heat, and if you go too far, it can damage the card. It will also void your warranty.

    yo if you start smelling burning parts. Like only a little bit. Is that a bad thing?

    I cant find a program to read my gpu's temperature :(
