does the time you spend installing/unistalling/troubleshooting games count as gaming? if not then I game about 1 hour a week.

Used to spend a few hours with Fifa, Caesar / Age of Empires series, NFS series etc. on any day whenever I find time, in my college days. Never been really into the shooter games, mainly due to the constraints imposed by my present 'rig' . Couldnt find much time after I entered the 'sick' job.

now looking forward to do some serious gaming after I receive my new rig

I'm a pretty hardcore gamer, but I'm working right now and my desktop is too crappy to play alot of the newer games so not too much for me.

Probably maybe only 10-15 hours a week for me ATM, but at the height of my gaming, I'd easily put in like 60 hours....(summer with nothing to do....)

I ordered the M17x with the basic specs (as given in my sig) - single GTX260M, P8600, 4 GB and other stuff. I actually ordered an NP8662 ;) before, but the order got cancelled in the end. I hope to enjoy a lot of games once my new rig arrives, and improve my "weekly gaming effort".

Used to spend about 5hrs on a weekday , about 7-8hrs on weekends while in a hardcore raiding guild in WoW . Good times , regardless of the time "wasted" , as some would say .

The maximum ammount of time devoted to this game was probably about 60-70hrs a week ( i was on an extened vacation , plus being a somewhat an anti-social person doesnt help ) . Very scary , i never realized how much time it was till this post . Now ive been WoW-free for 2.5 months . And my gaming hours are about 1hr a week . Now i just have Gow , Crysis , Doom3 installed ( great games ) . To relax and kill some stuff here and there .
