I'm playing Mass Effect 2 and have considered starting BFBC2 also. I'm playing Dirt 2 and Burnout much less frequently when I just want to pass some time and don't want to get too involved.

Generally just one. Am currently playign M2 Total war: Kingdoms with the Third Age total war mod. When i get sick of a game or I get interested in a new game (as in old game that i haven't played for a while) I will stop playing the first and get going on the second. I generally play rts or turn based strategy though which take up a bit of concentration.

I would say that BFBC2 is only temporarily involving. I found that the gameplay eventually became repetitive, and the appeal of leveling up just wasn't there once I got all weapons and unlocks. I definitely was engrossed in the game for quite a while (200ish hours), but I've stopped playing recently to revisit some old games as I was getting bored.
As to answer your question, I guess I generally stick to one game at a time until I get tired of it. I'll definitely revisit them and keep playing occasionally, but my focus remains on that one game at hand. -

Currently I have a file in Oblivion I play probably 30 minutes a week, I'm about 25% done with the SCII campaign, I co-op or versus at least once a week in L4D2, I have The Adventures of Link running in a retro duo console (still have never beat that game) attached to the flat screen in my living room, I have a GBA SP with a newish file of Link's Awakening on the towel rack in bathroom (don't judge me...) and I log into WOW about once every two weeks to catch up with my little brother and my younger cousin. Probably others that I've forgotten, but these I have at least played 15 minutes within the last 7 days. I know it sounds like alot of gaming but honestly all of those games combined probably equal 5 hours a week on average with a max of around 10 hours, I waste way more time on the web while just listening to music.
I have so many games, some that I have had since the early nineties when I was 5-6. A few games like the zelda's and final fantasy's have at least one of save file that is over 10 years old and I still break them out a few times a year for 10-15 minutes of nostalgia. -
I play like 7-8 games at the same time, whe a mbored of 1 for the night i just load up the next one.
Yes i have a life but right now am in the army and broke -
Only one game at a time for me. I'm traditional. Like an old person.
Currently playing through Just Cause 2, but I did play Portal through on the weekend just for fun, considering it only takes about 2 -3 hours. I forgot how good that game was. -
It varies, but most of the time it's at least 3.

One at a time for me, otherwise it's difficult to actually function properly away from the keyboard.

Typically, 3 involved games at any given time...
One on the laptop (Fable at the moment)...I usually play something on mame for short, need-it-now game fixes...
One on the 360, usually co-op with my son (Halo: ODST at the moment...although about once a month, an out-of-state friend and I go through another 1-2 hours on Gears of War 2)
And one on a handheld (Advance Wars: Dual Strike on my son's DS and Secret Agent: Clank on the PSP currently)... -
DotA all day long
Some simcity 4 occasionally. -
Usually one at a time, currently playing Just cause 2, but I do play resident evil 5 mercenary game once in a while.
-
1 or 2 "involving" games usually. I do play a few other games if i feel i need a break though.
-
I tend to go back and forth a lot between games. When I just want to quickly get my fix mindlessly killing people, I'll fire up BC2 or CoD4 for some multiplayer. Otherwise I'm going back and forth between GTA4 and ArmA2 single player at the moment.
I've played Mass Effect 1 and 2 as well as Crysis all the way through without playing much of anything else while I was doing so in the past year, though. -
i usually play 1-2 games at a time.. i'm playing MW2 multiplayer+ MOH airborne and its varries.. i'm unistalling the games as finish them since i want the data for my new laptop.. was recently playing COD1 and 2...
How many involving games do you play at one time?
