    well how about this is my conundrum or lack of.

    I can get the 15.4 inch inspiron, with an integrated graphics card. How many hours will that last?

    Versus

    Dell Vostro with the 128 MB 8400 which comes with it, but this one is 14.1 inches. 9 cell battery as well. Somebody told me that it'll make a huge difference in battery, but I'm not sure it would. So I come to you guys. How much battery life should I expect from each?

    This isn't quite the question, but i just got my 1520 today and atm on power saver mode, and with nearly full screen brightness, i am getting 4+ hours of battery life with my 9 cell. Atm it is at 80% and it estimates 3.5 hours left.
    As it says in my sig i have the 8600 gt

    Integrated video will give a 15-20% (possibly more) improvement in battery life.
