    How should a z81 handle farcry

    cause i have one with 1gig RAM and the p4em64t @ 3ghz. The GPU is a hearty 6800go.

    I loaded farcry onto my computer, when i started the game it looks like it was on really low settings, but it ran fine. I figured that a 6800go should b able to handle i much better, turned the settingss[ things like textures and lighting] up to ultra high and high, no antialiasing and when i come buck the color on the textures and everything is a brightly illuminated yellow and all screwed up, but other than that it ran fine.

    Have you patched the game yet? Far Cry has a lot. Download 1.3, 1.31, 1.32, and 1.33 and install them in that order.

    Let us know how you make out.

    Well i only had to download the first patch and that seems to have fixed everything.
