Most should run in medium to medium high settings. Your processor is 1.66Ghz..a duo core processor or a single core processor? ;)

Its duo core. Forgot to mention earlier. And while we're at it, what does this Duo Core do? Does it help in gaming?

Here some quick information on the Core Duo (from Wikipedia):

Having a Core Duo processor allows you to multitask. As far as I know, some games take advantage of both processors (I think Oblivion does). I'm really not sure how many games take advantage of the two processors.

Just to give you an idea, I have a 1.66 GHz Core 2 Duo processor in my notebook. If I do a test on System Requirements Lab it tells me my processor is the equivalent of a 3.4GHz processor (or something like that, I can't check right now since I'm at work).

I hope this information helped you a little. I'm not an expert in this so I don't know the details.
