Trying to play Oblivion here but the only GPU card that the game can see is my Integrated Intel graphics..

I have a GT 540M that I want to use with the game but it's not in the drop down list.. how do I swap cards? I obviously cant play Oblivion with the Integrated intel chip...

    I have Nvidia Optimus.

    Thanks

EDIT: Worked it out, but it could be easier.
