Issit a new laptop?
Would be nice if you provide specifications and stuff. At best, get a laptop cooler. -
Only a small amount of notebooks are able to tweak the fan settings. All other notebooks fan algorithm is coded into the BIOS.
You have a overheating problem, not a fan problem. Doesnt your fans run of full blast when playing games? -
iv tried speedfan sof, but it didn work,
during playing it doesnt seem like working with full blast its rather not -
You can try Speedfan, nvidia ntune, riva tuner or I8kfanGUI .
But as Flip said, only a handful of laptops have controllable fan speeds... -

What make/model laptop is it?
It's intended for Dell laptops, but as mentioned above... I8kfanGUI might be worth trying anyway, even if yours isn't a Dell?
Heed the warnings on the product page though!
Notebook Hardware Control also allows for fan control - on some laptops.
I don't know which laptops they are though, 'coz they're not mentioned on the product homepage? -
Or, if your laptop is listed on this page, you can get ACPI files made by someone else. Note however, that you use those files at your own risk. Read carefully the information provided by their authors before applying them to NHC. -
I have a hard time believing manufacturers would give the user fan control... but still, some have done it ,while keeping a safety margin for it.
If you have a Dell you just may be lucky...
