an overclocking utility will do that. you could also just check out www.techpowerup.com i think... if that's the right sight, they have a database of cards and their specs.

I think a good one for you is Powerstrip. You can check core and memory clocks and you can overclock/underclock if you want it..

    No problemo TCGB,

One thing I would like to say: if you are a fanatic gamer and if you like to overclock check Rivatuner... I heard it works perfectly with Nvidia cards... Powerstrip is good to but Rivatuner was better when you use Nvidia I thought.

Ill check it out thanks Hitman. I just checked out my desktop gpu info and im blown away. Like i said i have a BFG6800GT OC. I cant belive what the card says the standard core clock is 350mhz the memory clock is 500mhz. When i check the data on powerstrip it shows my video card is runing 375 mhz core clock and the memory clock is 1000mzh <---WOW. Keep in mind i have not overclocked it at all. What a card. Thanks Hitman for the info.

The numbers are usually expressed in terms of Core:Memory frequency. In this case, your core clock is 351MHz, and the memory is running at 297MHz (times by two for DDR rates).

Actually, it's a DDR1 card - there are no GDDR3 Mobility Radeon X700's on the market. The reason I know it's a DDR1 card is because it has a 297MHz clock - that's DDR. Faster memory (GDDR2, GDDR3) has higher clocks. For example, my X700 256MB dedicated is GDDR2. My memory clock is 331MHz default.

Most programs read the memory type wrong.
