If I can play all other games just fine, no stuttering or something then why does one certain game - League of Legends, lag like a real btch.

I mean .. it's around 13-17fps mostly. My friend who has a laptop with worse specs can play it just fine around 30-45fps.

It's an online game, but my latency is always low, mostly lowest in the team.
    Not downloading anything in backround.
    Have disabled all unneccesary stuff.

Just to note, it HAS to be something with the computer, because even if we both are at my place and have connected to the same router then his game runs just fine.

Both using W7 and with fully updated systems.
Have tried several different drivers for gpu aswell, no change in League of Legends..

    Any ideas?

Some games are just like that for some reason, terribly coded. Burn zombie burn runs at 20fps on my laptop while on my mates 8600gt and a pentium dual core he gets 40fps. If it isnt driver related I have no idea lol. Seems like uve done everything i would have i.e isolation test.

Could be something like you are running with higher directx level graphics than your friend. Any way to force that game to run in DX9 or DX10 mode?

Ever since the patch came out with sona I too had fps issues! The game would suddenly freeze or have really low fps randomly for no reason...really pisses me off.... but I can temperately fix my issue by using amd clock tool and slightly overclocking my card, it helpz a little but not much.....its a riot issue not your machine
