Hi guys, how do i force nvidia powermizer to set my gpu into low performance mode? My clocks increase the moment i start scrolling down webpages. I find this very stupid and unreasonable. Any help would be well appreciated here.

But on battery the GPU is suppose to lower in speed and Aero(V&7) also turns off while on battery(Power Saver mode). I was gonna say the nvidia sys tools allows you to have profiles for when the clocks change, while using certain programs.

yes, the gpu lowers its speed in power saver but as soon as you do something like launching an application, scrolling down webpages, opening a picture, etc, it goes back to full speed. i will try using the riva tuner and post back for results. thanks.

I haven't used riva tuner on official drivers only modded ones. It might work on official ones too.

yes, it works. I can now scroll webpages and the clocks do not go crazy. I've setup maxpower and lowpower as i either game or code. So this etup is perfect for me. My temps is in the 60's atm. thank you guys.
