I think that means your GPU does not support OpenCL, but I may be wrong.
On my GTX 260M, all four boxes are checked.

I also have the 195.55 Beta drivers and Windows 7 x64.

According to Nvidia, OpenCL will function on your GPU so long as it supports CUDA (which from your picture it does). It could just be GPU-Z not understanding it correctly.

jenesuispasbavard : You are wrong !

because yesterday i didn't have installed physx and latest gpu driver of course it wasn't unchecked !
I have installed latest physx (9.09.0930 ) and latest nvidia drivers 195.55
and boom - direct compute and physx is now checked ..

ettornio : you might be partially right !
but cuda is packed with graphic driver ...
and I can download OpenCL ''BUT it's not working because some file is corrupted ..
    CLICK LINK :
    http://developer.nvidia.com/object/opencl-download.html
There is OpenCL Visual Profiler v1.0 Beta but probably damaged file is there ..

So yesterday, when you didn't have PhysX installed, only OpenCL and CUDA were checked, and now that you installed PhysX, only CUDA, DirectCompute and PhysX are checked?

If the OpenCL checkbox has disappeared, then it's probably a problem with GPU-Z.

no explain how exactly i have done it - complicated !

OpenCL wasn't present , square was empty and only CUDA was present/checked .. when old gpu driver was installed...
Then I installed new gpu driver and quickly after that I installed physx..
After installing I didn't check GPU-Z straight away because I found this software: NVIDIA GPU Computing SDK and I installed it as well ..
Then after restart laptop I opened GPU-Z and all things was checked except OpenCL

And CUDA , DirectCompute and OpenCL ... are all in that soft package : NVIDIA GPU Computing SDK probably OpenCL is not supported on mine gpu ?
And previously when this package wasn't installed on mine machine that from some strange reason CUDA was already there even with old gpu driver
so CUDA is packed with all nvidia gpu display drivers as well

    Did u get what I mean ?

some tests I think 5 or 6 of 30 was failed that next to last (29-th) was very nice those coloured balls realistic :)
    can somebody try it ?
gonna run CUDA tests and Direct compute tests
