    How to prevent downclocking?

    Im sick and tired of my laptop's GPU downclocking every now and then....i was just playing CSS and my fps dropped suddenly from 60 to like 40...temps are normal.. 73C

    Update your BIOS, usually it`s something manufacturers notice along the way...
    Also, temps might be a factor even if it`s 73C, since Sony might consider that too high.
    I sugest emailin` Sony about this BEFORE DOING ANYTHING.

    You'll need to download a Winflash file from Sony's website for your model. The Winflash file will be an executable or MSI file, which you can simply download to your desktop and open. It really does the work for you. First, though, make sure that:

    - you have all apps closed, even AV
    - you are plugged in w/ battery

    Don`t even think about doing it before contacting SONY!
    For some resellers,changing the BIOS will terminate the warrany.Ask them first for help.
