How do i know when my GPU does not get enough voltage?

I just lowered my voltage settings on a few different clock profiles, how can i know if they r ok?

If the voltage is too low what will happen?

If 3D voltage is too low, you may get artifacts or it will just blue screen or shutdown...if the lower clocks voltage tables are too low it may not even post at all...

How do i find out what the stock voltage is?

    My GPU is Ati 5850m GDDR3 (stock: 625/1000) in a MSI GX640

My lowest clocked GPU profile runs a voltage of 0,85 (395/800) and my highest gaming profile a voltage of 1,05 (825/1050)

I have no idea what the stock voltage is suppose to be on this thing though
