Between that and Duncan's fate, he does whine a lot.

He is a flipping whiner, I tried using others because he annoyed me so much, but he is a pretty good tank.

    *spoilers perhaps*

I'd say pass. It is way too short, a few new skills, story goes on to eliminate left darkspawn. Quality wise, it's pretty much the same which is good for an expansion. You have Oghren with you but all the other chars you don't see. (except Wynne, but you only get to talk to her once for a quest). No new romances or affection importance if I may say.. You just carry on to finish your business and that's it. If you reaaaally want to play more of DA then get it... otherwise, you're not missing out really.

How many hours did you spend? I know people who got 20 hours out of it.

    Wynne is full of win.
Best support healer for my DW rogue, I just set the tactics on Wynne to just constantly buff and heal her and she just dices and slices everything apart.

I've been playing this game a lot lately. That is something coming from a guy who plays few RPGs. In fact the only other ones I have played are the kingdom hearts games and paper mario. This game is quickly becoming a favorite of mine.

If I already have Dragon Age for the Xbox 360 do you guys recommend I also buy the PC version for when I purchase a new laptop? At the time I didn't have a powerful enough computer to run DA:O so I just picked it up for the 360, but after hearing how great it is on the PC I'm very tempted to buy it for that as well.

Not sure if it's worth spending another $40-50..

With numerous fantastic PC mods range from something as small as face modding to something like adding a whole new quest with new characters, I say it's worth it.

It is good to know there is already such stuff. Do you know where can I find those mods? I just bought it last week and I am totally fascinated by the history and the way it forces you to think every detail and battle (first RPG in a while has put me down to really analyze a combat strategy).

    Thanks beforehand.

I just started playing Dragon Age, and it's pretty awesome. It's kind of like if Marilyn Manson decided to re-make Neverwinter Nights. Whoever actually took the time to include the whole -arterial blood spray all over you and your party- thing in this game is a god.

Back the lack of coop and/or multiplayer saddens me greatly...certain aspects of this game would just be so perfect to share with a friend or two.
