I have the Inspiron 6400 with latest stock drivers for the X1400, I have tried powerstrip, ati tool, ati tray tool, and other programs. When I first bought my notebook I tried ati tool and I was able to overclock a little but right now I can't do anything, even with powerstrip I cant get a profile for my graphics card. The card sees to function normally, and has no artifacts. What can the problem be? And is there any software u recommend other than the ones I used to OC the X1400.
    Thanx

The latest version of powerstrip doesnt support overclocking X1400's. You should download Powerstrip 3.63 build 540 to overclock the 6400's X1400.

I think that perhaps you should have a talk to Dell. If you cant even underclock your graphics card with that version, you may have a problem...

yeah! I dont think Dell will support u as long as the device functions normally. And yes I can underclock the X1400 using Powerplay when I am in battery mode.
