In order for anyone to be any help to you, you need to post more information.

    What kind of computer?
    What kind of graphics card?
    What driver version?
    What kind of game?
    How did you install them?

    What laptop do you have?
What drivers did you try to update? I am assuming video?
What video card do you have?
    What operating system?
What happens when you try to play games?

If you want you can download a driver that is guaranteed to work here.

OR following those instructions, ignore step 4 and in step 5 just pick the "ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series", though the above is recommended.

Also you could try run system restore, but that's a little messy sometimes.

    Don't run system restore.

Can you properly set your resolution?
If you open device manager, do you have any improperly installed devices (yellow question marks?)

What happens when you run a game?
