After playing the game for quite sometime, today I decide to uninstall it.
Then I get the error like : eauninstall.exe - Unable to locate compoment
"This application has failed to start because EAInstall.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"
I went to the game folder and I see the EAInstall.dll was there. I try to cut the file and paste it somewhere else, then paste it back to the game folder but it does not work.
I dont want to reinstall the game just to uninstall it, also for I can not find the game disc.
I try control panel Add and remove but it does not work also.
Please help me uninstall this game.
    Thank you

Just delete the whole folder then use a registry cleaner to delete the registry. I guess either that or reinstallation is required.

    I am using CCleaner,
But does it recognize that you have deleted the game, or does it still think you got the game and leave the registry?
    Anyway, thank for reply
Does someone have any other ideas?

once you delete the folder and delete the links on the desktop and start/programs menu then its almost deleted. there will still be a link in the registry but this can be deleted with the right registry cleaner. there are programs out there that help uninstall applications but ive never used them. Advanced system optimizer has an uninstall program but dunno if it wud work in ur case.

    Thank for the quick reply.
But is there any other solution? That way just so "forceful"
I just dont understand why it said EAInstall.dll was not found but the file was right there too.

There's a better solution outlined here. Basically, the EA Uninstaller is looking for the EAUninstall.dll file in your Windows folder, not in the game folder. The solution is to copy the file from your game older to your Windows folder (C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINNT) and then run the uninstaller. If you don't have the file at all, you can download it from the link I provided.

Just copy the EAInstall.dll to C:\Windows\ then run the uninstaller again.

    Good to go!
