    My core clock is like really up there?
    But my slider is 680 which do i believe.?

    You believe the slider,why?
    Because Rivatuner is designed for desktop cards, thus, it reads the laptop cards information wrong, even the developer of Rivatuner stated so. You are fine as long as the stock detection at the beginning marks the right stock clocks.
