    What is the procesor and what is the video card?
    Also what settings are you trying to play on?

    Im guessing you have a GPu <7XXX series since you're using a Pentium that's 2+GHz...Check the game's req then look at your hardware. try updating drivers or maybe look into OC'ing your gpu.
