    INTEL 82852 overclocking?

    HI,

    im playing rome total war, but even a minimum settings it goes a bit crappy. Is there anyway to overclock the integrated graphics card? the processor, IMHO needs no overclocking, since its a PENTIUM IV 2,8ghz, not really bad.

    Sorry, you can not overclock that card but even if it was possible it would not improve its gaming performance.

    thanks, and the processor? its a Mobile Pentium IV 2,8Ghz, and it comes in a INSPIRON 1150... any ideas on how to overclock it?

    dont know if it possble to overclock pentium 4 on notebook, but really dont recomend it, you will have big heat problems otherwise.

    how can improve Rome total war if i cannot overclock Video card, Processor, and i dont want to buy a laptop yet? :D

    my ram is more than enough, 1024mb

    Overclocking the processor will not help your performance in games; the video card is without a doubt your problem/bottleneck.
    This is probably the answer you did not want to hear, but . . you can't. That laptop simply is not capable of playing it well.
