In my art class this year I chose to do a model (sculpture) for my project for the year. I think I'm going to try to do something from a video game. I just can't get a good idea of what to do and what I can do that won't look like ****. I was thinking of doing something from Devil May Cry 4, that would look really sweet. That model is only going to be a few inches tall, but I'll try to get a lot of details into it. I'm not the best artist though, so I wouldn't doubt it turning out to be the complete opposite of what I wanted...

I would probably want to do something with a character facing an enemy, but I'll take any ideas I can get. BTW, has anyone here designed a model from something in a video game? Some pictures and tips would be great :).

Why not do Megaman fighting an enemy? Would look cool, and he isn't very complex.

I've gotta go for Sam Fisher (from Splinter Cell). Those goggles are just so... eerie.

Also, he could be sneaking up behind an enemy.

This sound interesting..Although I am not sure if a teacher appreciate something taken from a game.

Anyway, if you take hint from games, why human-looking one? If I were to model something from a game, I'd go for something more bizarre. :)
