i always look for the best deals on games, and circuit city has always exceeded my expectations on giving incentives to buy there. i noticed this today, sorry if others have posted it, but Left 4 Dead is only 39.99!!

this price is awesome considering steam only gives 5 dollars off. now i'll not only have teh hardcopy of the game, but i'll get it for $39.99.

if you want more information click on this link

hope someone finds this useful information

It's cause circuit city is going broke. They probably already bought them and need to unload fast. I'll check that out. Thanks.

Find a retailer with a 110% price match policy and you can pick it up for $36.

    I know. :)

It's how I got Half-Life 2 Collector's Edition brand new from Circuit City. CompUSA mis-printed an advertisement that showed it for $19 (Reports said it wouldn't ring up in store though), so I took the ad to Circuit City, they price matched it, and I got it for $15 when it was retailing for $70 at the time.

Game MSRP is 49.95, but valve is giving 4.95 off with pre order meaning the REAL msrp is 45.95... If they coudln't afford the 5 dollar loss then they wouldn't do it.

To bad I already preordered at game stop and im going to trade in a 360 copy of Fallout3 ..

    Good find sir!
