    so if i had 4gb of ram could that all be used for graphics if i had a integrated graphics card, and would it run games like aeo3

    graphics memory isn't what makes a graphics card good.

    so would it be better to get a 128mb card or keep a integrated one if i was going to use 32 bit vista

    Well it's a factor, however you can have all the RAM in the world, but since integrated GPUs are so damn slow, it's still going to suck.

    Get the dedicated 128mb one.

    second question wich card is better for gamming 8400m gs 128mb or 128mb nvs 135m

    Neither are good for gaming, but in term of better... 8400M GS will be your best bet but they are theorically equal to each other.
