I was wondering if id be able to play FFXI alright? its coming with a nvida geo force 7400go card with 128 discrete memory, 2 gigs of ram, and core 2 duo intel processor (1.83GHZ) I dont know much about computers, but I was wondering what games would be okay to play on my new notebook? I really want to play final fantasy 11 on it, and thats pretty much the only game I'll be playing until I get into more games. Im thinking about playing Myst and sims 2, but ive never played those before either. Anyway, I would like to know which games would be nice to play on my laptop? any advice? and will final fantasy run fine? Im playing on an older computer that has the Celeron R series processor. I think its are. anyway, someone told me thats pretty old. and I had to buy a new graphics card for it as well. I get alot of lag and such as well. Anyway I was just wondering if someone will tell me if playing on the laptop would be much more fitting than the computer I have? will it play better? thanks!

based on the specs here: http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/envi/win/win01.html?pageID=win

you will have no problems running that game. As far is if it will run better, I have no idea what graphics card you have in your current machine but the processor 600 times better in your new laptop. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you'll love the new experience. :)

Can't comment on Final Fantasy but check my signature for the Go7400 screenshot thread.

I can't believe how common the Go7400 and X1400 cards are becoming these days, especially the Nvidia card...
