Update my graphics driver using mobility modde?
I have a custom Vaio FW with an Ati HD3650 512mb GDDR3, at the moment I'm just using the default installed sony ati drivers but I know I could use mobility modder and get the very latest drivers. Would it definitley bring about better performance or is there a chance performance could be worse? Thanks.

Performance doesn't get worse with newer drivers. At least, it's not supposed to. Newer drivers aim to make better use of the hardware of a certain piece by improving the software using it.

So updating your drivers is always a good idea.

Upgrading drivers is always a good idea, and if somehow (even though it wont happen) new drivers hinder performance, you can always roll back to the stock drivers.
