First I have been searching all over the net for this answer and have come up with a number of different answers. SO I figured why not go to the experts. Oh and I know it's intigrated, it was a X-mas gift from the wife so no choice on the specs. >.<

System is below but here is my question. I am unable to change the video memory in BIOS, stupid HP disabled that; I have tried a number of programs to try and change the allocation from Windows but no luck.
So does anyone know of a program that will work from Windows, know how to get into the BIOS settings or is the allocated memory just used as needed by the program and don't worry about it?

The memory is dynamically allocated by the system and doesn't need user intervention. The only thing you would do is slow the system down by assigning too much memory.

Ok, thanks for the info, I thought as much. Looking deeper into BIOS though I found a Frame Buffer size setting that allows 32, 64 or 128. I assume this would be something like what I was wanting to do?

Ya.. the Frame Buffer is what adjusts the RAM allocation.

This why I insist on buying my laptops/PC's.

Not much too do about this. Still, as IGP's go the 7150M isn't that bad. X3100 is far worse.
