I have my 460M installed and working but in 3d it always sticks to the low power clocks. It's not as if it spikes for a moment, black screens and then goes to throttle clocks, it just never goes above them.

Anyone else had this or think might know what's happening? I am plugged in.

Double checked as far as I can, the bios seems to be the same as everyone elses. I am updating to the latest betas now.

Wasn't there problems with FX3700M users and their clocks? this sounds familiar.

my guess is that the card isn't receiving enough power.. i think you either need a bigger PSU or your motherboard can't provide enough power..try the driver update but my bet is power to GPU isn't enough.
