FPS...ummm maybe the old counterstrike that will play nicely
RPG...Starwars Knights Of the Old Republic is very good also
-
Half-Life 2 should fly in DX7 (low, low settings) mode.
-
How about Commander Keen IV? LOL
JK on that one, but I actually play it alot
Edit: Hey, I'm a "Guru" now! -
Jedi Knight II - Jedi Outcast and "expansion" Jedi Academy should run pretty well...

Battlefield Vietnam, Call of Duty United Offensive, Half Life 2 (and does not have to be anywhere near lowest settings as suggested above), Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Soldier of Fortune 2, Allied Assault....all older but fantastic games that should run fine at high settings, with the exception of HL2.

Yeah SoF 2 is very good indeed
I played in with a 4yr old (now) with celeron, and a 32mb SiS integrated card
I ran BF 1942 fine but i needed 64mb Vram for Vietnam LOL!

Older battlefield games could work ok.
