It won't run newer (2003/2004 or later) games very well.

You're fine with any Dx8 Titles. Dx9 titles are a hit and miss regardless of requirements compared to the tech specs of the GMA.

What laptop is it and what exactly is the graphics card? We need info. Given that its AGP, it is several years old and you will have trouble running any sort of 3D game with that with few exceptions.

AGP is still fast not as fast as pci e; but i have a X1650 AGP Radeon in my desktop and it has no trouble running 3d games at all.

    but as for the GMA
it will have a hard time with 3d stuff; even the new pci e intel cards are still not good.

AGP is not to bad, but it is limited. it runs a X1650 ish with no bottleneck
Intel GMA Sucks. we will just leave it there.
