    Hi,
I know 32bit OSes only recognize 3GB of RAM, even if 4GB is present. I also know integrated graphics use system RAM for its own purposes.

Will the integrated graphics be able to use the 1 GB of RAM that the OS isn't able to use instead of overlapping with the OS on 3GB of RAM?

Integrated cards take RAM as they need. There is no setting that you can choose as to how much RAM your integrated card will take(unless you have an OLD Radeon X200m). So I'd say to not worry about it.
